With this rank, your chances of getting a good college or top government colleges is almost low. You can't get any NIT/IIIT or any other college under the JOSAA or CSAB counselling. You may try for your home state college but chances are less.
I would suggest you to try in state level counsellings but chances of getting a college in those too are less.
You can try in better private colleges through management quota to get your desired branch or by qualifying the cutoff. Some of those colleges are:
