As you mentioned your rank is very low,  so it is hard to get any nits or iiits with this rank but you have chances to get lower nits or iiits like iiit una in special round.

With a rank of 19,656 in St category, the possibilities for NIT's or IIIT's or low in other state category. You have not mentioned which state you belong to. But, you may get a seat in the following NIT's if you belong to the particular state.

• NIT Agartala
• NIT Calicut
• NIT Meghalaya
• NIT Arunachal Pradesh
• NIT Jalandhar

But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
