Your jee mains rank is more than 1lakh then it will be difficult or next to impossible for you to get anything in spot round itself, because this rank is to low and you are from outside delhi also there is only 15% seats are there for outside Delhi students.

Still you can try for spot round and it is luck by chance thing.. because nobody knows about spot round anything can happen in it.

As per the previous year cut-offs, it is difficult to get admission in either of the two due to other state quota.

But you might get admission in nsit in biotechnology field in spot councelling. You can try for that.
