According to your common Rank list rank,it is not sure that you may get a seat in HBTI,Kanpur. I would suggest you to apply for counselling and wait till the last round. You may stand a chance because of Home state category.

Seeing your rank I feel sorry to inform you that there is very much less chance of getting seat in hbtu .But you can try for counselling procedure because you might be lucky enough to get seat in some lower branch.
