My CRL rank is 189802 and catagory ranks is 59510 can i get admission in any of the NIT or IIIT with CS or MECHANICAL or ELECTRICAL branch?

I am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news but at this rank it is almost impossible to get a seat in any of the NITs and IIITs in not just CSE, Mechanical or Electrical but perhaps even the lowest branches like metallurgy and mining. Hence I suggest you not to put too much hopes on getting a seat this year.
