Thanks for asking your query,as I can see that you have not done so well in Jee mains 2019 and with such ranks you cannot get any colleges through counselling,so don't let your moral down and prepare for some other private institution or colleges because scope is there also but you have to grab it and prove yourself.

You should go for colleges like state level private colleges which will surely offer you a course in BTech in your desired branch of engineering. If you don't want to waste your time and money then take a year drop and prepare well for the JEE examination.
