Looking at your CRL of 278000, there are three viable options for you.

1. Sit for State Engineering College Counselling. A CRL of 278000 and EWS of 38000, will surely help you in bagging a seat in some State Engineering College.

2. Many Top Private Engineering Colleges accept JEE Main results with one being TIET, Thapar University Patiala. Thapar is one of the better institutes when it comes to Engineering and Technology Universities in North India, Next of IIT, NIT and State Engineering Colleges like Panjab University and DTU, Delhi. TIET Patiala has Excellent placements and a more or less standard fee structure. You can give this a try if you dont have any problem regarding distance from home and monetary issues.

3. Moving on to the third, looking at the current COVID Situation, I believe you should also consider a Drop, as your last viable option. Hardly 4-6 months are left before JEE Main is conducted is next fall (2021). You should utilise each day, studying seriously with a strategy and I'm sure you'll crack it with better stead next year.
