My Crl rank is 289000 and my Obc Ncl rank is 96000. I'm a muslim OBC can I get admission in JMI any branch.

Hope you are doing well.
On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat in JMI. The rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get any branch when compared with previous year closing rank.Therefore with the mentioned rank there are very few chances to get a seat in JMI.
