my crl rank is 320064 and my ews rank is 42313 can i get. jec jabalpur or any other gov college

For government colleges in Madhya Pradesh, the admissions are only based on MP PET result. Also students who have qualified JEE MAINS can definitely apply.
It is tough for you to get into any NIT or IIIT based on your score.
You can definitely prefer any other private colleges.
