my crl rank is 371214 and ews rank is 43355 do I have chance in Csab

On such EWS rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs neither in JOSAA nor in CSAB(on the basis of CRL rank). You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

With the above mentioned rank in General and in EWS category, and looking at the previous year JEE mains Cutoff trends, you have very less chances of getting Some Good NIT's or IIIT's with the above mentioned rank even in the spot round counselling or special Round CSAB Counselling.
So, what you can do is that you can go for some state level engineering Colleges with state domicile as many state level engineering colleges accepts students on the basis of the JEE mains Scorecard. So, you can easily get admission in those colleges and you can also get admission in many private colleges as well.
