First of all your must mention your category that from which category your have secured 553659 crl rank in jee mains.
Assuming that you have got this much CRL rank from general category then you can not get any nits in whole josaa counseling.

As per your profile I can assume that your home state is arunachal pradesh, then also by applying your home state quota, you cannot get nit arunachal pradesh in josaa counseling 2020 as well as in csab special round counselling.

In csab special round counselling also, there is no chance for you to get any seats in nits in both the round of csab special round counseling.
Also in lower nits like nit mizoram or nit sikkim or nit Nagaland, there is no chance for you to get seat if you belong from other state open category

In simple words you can not get any nits in csab special round counselling. And if you cannot get nits then there is no chance for iiits.

Even there is no chance of for you to get some gftis like mizoram university, School of Engineering, HNB Garhwal University Srinagar, Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, West Bengal from this much Crl rank.
