My CRL rank is 87000 and from J&K GENERAL Plz suggest some best college for me private or govt any in CS AND IT plz suggest 7 to 10 college

With your jee rank getting into a government college is very difficult .You can get electronics branch in nit srinagar,some new iiits .
In my opinion you should try for private colleges like thapar,vit,srm,manipal,kiit etc.These are pretty good.
