First of all congratulations that your have given JEE advance exam.

If your CRL rank is not valid means you are not qualified in general category.
As JEE advanced score and ranks are only applicable for iits, and jee mains score are only applicable for nits, iiits, and gftis and other institutions.

So, if you want to take admission in Nits then you can get only on your jee mains rank, or your JEE mains sc rank, not with JEE advance sc category rank.
