My cut off 129. PHY-66, Chem-75, Maths- 57. Is eligible for TNEA counciling 2019?

Getting the minimum pass mark in all subjects is the minimum eligibility for TNEA counselling. Since you have passed in all subject you are clearly eligible to attend TNEA counselling.
