my cut off is 172 and my general rank 13891 and my community rank is 8327(BC) in which round will i be placed in?

Well unless you mention the name of the entrance examination you appeared for, I won't be able to help you in any way regarding the colleges that you can get with your rank. Since there are so many entrances, it is really hard to guess which one you are actually talking about.
