My cut off is 181and I belong to BC category and self supporting category can I get IT in ceg?

You scored decent marks but they are not enough to get admission in CEG College. Still, you can try for admission in this college. You can also inquire about your admission by filling the enquiry form on their official website.
At the same time try applying for admission in other colleges to be on the safer side.
