You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a cut off score of 128.25, it becomes difficult to secure a free seat. For almost all the colleges, you will have to pay the fees. Around 150 colleges participate in the TNEA counseling, which are affiliated to Anna university and you can choose any one from among them. Also, try applying for scholarships and write exams for those, so that it could help you financially.
