My date of birth in my birth certificate is 20/07/2005 , and this is my real date of birth.But in 10th and 12th my Date of birth is wrong. i am in 12th now. school has refused to change my date of birth in 12th. What should I do ? Should I change Date of birth in Birth certificate?

See it's for sure that you need to change your date of birth either in school documents or in the original birth certificate, but as your school is not allowing you to correct it, I'll better suggest you to go and change the original birth certificate instead, it may take some time but your problem will be solved for sure.
