my date of birth is 01 april 2004 . can i apply for bsc nursing?

No you cannot apply till you complete your class 12th. So firstly complete your schooling and then you can apply for B.Sc nursing.
It is a very important course and is highly in demand. So it is great that you have chosen to pursue it.
