In order to be eligible for NEET 2023, you must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2023. You can attempt any number of times.
You must pass Class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English as core subjects.
Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs and Foreign Nationals can apply for NEET 2023.

According to the basic eligibility criteria setup for Neet examination by National testing agency, a candidate needs to 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2023 to appear for NEET 2023. So following this you would be eligible for the examination as you would complete 17 years of age before the deadline.
