The Union Public Service Commission prescribes the UPSC age limit in the official NDA notification 2022. As per the UPSC applicants between the NDA age  eligibility of 16.5 to 19.5 years, can apply online for the National Defence Academy (NDA) 2022.

Date of Birth Criteria: July 2, 2005, to July 1, 2002

Since you'll be overage and therefore you are not eligible.

Written below details of age eligibility for National Defence Academy :

1. The minimum age of the candidate can be 15.7 years Not later than 1st January 2006. Or 16 years during the commencement of the course.
2. The maximum age of the candidate can be 18.7 years not earlier than 2nd January 2003.

It means you are not eligible for National Defence Academy.
