This is because,

To be eligible for SSC CHSL 2022, you must be at least 18 years old as on 1st January 2022 but you fail to fulfill this criteria as with your mentioned date of birth you will be 18 years old on 10th December 2022

You will be eligible for ssc chsl  2023

Moreover, SSC CHSL tier 1 examination is from May 24 to June 10, 2022. There's no examination in November

----------------) Maximum age limit :- maximum age should be 27 years as on 1st january of the year of exam, there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc , so upper age limit is 30 years for obc and relaxation of 5 years is there for sc/st category so upper  age limit is 35 years for sc/st.

Your SSC CHSL examination is conducted in three levels or tiers which are listed below:-

----------------) tier -I  :- it is Computer Based examination and questions are asked from General Intelligence, English Language, , Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness.

----------------) Tier - II  :- it is a descriptive examination and is conducted in pen and paper mode . You have to write  a letter or an application in 150  -  200 words and also   an  essay in  200  -  250 words  either in Hindi or English.
