note that there is no age criteria for the exam and there is no no. of attempts for the exam as well.
you can attempt the paper as many times as you want but we wish that you clear the paper in this attempt with very good marks.

According to your Date of birth, your are 25 years old now and the minimum age limit to give NEET exam is 17. As of now there Is no maximum age limit to appear for NEET examination until supreme court passes its judgement on same hence you can give NEET examination in any age.

to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021 and you fulfil this criteria as you are already 24 years old with your date of birth i.e more than 17 years old and thus eligible
Also
To be eligible you must also have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
