Yes, you are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL exam in 2023. Now you are 17 years 9 months old. Candidates must attain 18 years as on 1st January of the year of exam.

Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 27 years and their is relaxation in age for reservation category candidates. There is relaxation in upper age limit, for BC's it is 3 years and for SC/ST's it is 5 years.
