i'm sorry that you're not eligible for SSC CHSL 2019.the age limit for the candidates who wish to give ssc chsl 2019 is 18- 27 years (on jan 1 2019).those who are born after 1 jan 2001 not eligible for ssc chsl 2019.to know more,please refer this link,
