To be eligible to apply for NEET exam according to 2020 information brochure the minimum age criteria is as follow -
He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Courses .
As if you want to apply in the years 2021 and if the admission procedure also complete in the year 2021 your age at 31st December 2021 will be 16 years 8 months 10 days so you will not be considered eligible for admission.
However you should wait till the NTA releases the eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 to see the actual age eligibility criteria for that year.
You can appear for NEET in the year 2022, because as per age criteria for NEET candidates need to attain 17 years in the year they will be giving the exam.
Apart from this, you need to fulfill other criteria as follows;
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as additional subject can also be taken into consideration.
PCB aggregate( inclusive of practical and theory) against one's category need to be met
UR-50%
SC/ST/OBC-40%
PWD-45%
As of now, there is no upper limit in terms of appearing for NEET,hence no restriction as well in number of attempts .

As per Neet eligibility criteria one needs to be at least 17 years old by the 31st December of the Year .
Now with your date of birth in 2005 you will be 17 years old in 2021 so you are eligible for Neet 2021
This is because,
to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021 and you fulfil this criteria as you will be 17 years old on 21st April 2021 itself with your date of birth.
Apart from age,
To be eligible you also must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
