Hello,
The age of the candidate appearing for NDA I exam should be from 16.5 to 19.5 years, so if you were born on Nov 2002, then you are eligible to appear in the NDA I exam, but for NDA II exam the candidate must have been born from 2nd January, 2003 to 1st January 2006, so you are only eligibile for NDA I exam and not for NDA II exam.
