You will attain 21 years as on 3rd October 2024, as per the age criteria of UPSC you need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year which you fail to qualify in UPSC 2024, hence you cannot appear for the same,  in terms of educational qualifications candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, those in the final year of graduation too are eligible to apply provisionally, there is no specific aggregate required in this case, you can appear for UPSC 2025 if you meet the criteria of educational qualifications as well.

As your age is not matching with the UPSC exam age limit then you have to give up the hope for appearing this UPSC exam in the year of 2024. It will be better for you to take the CPSC examination in the year of 2025 when your age will be matched with the specified age limit of union public Service commission of Indian administrative services exam. Even You apply for the examination of UPSC for Indian administrative Service in the year of 2024 at the time of document verification your candidature will be cancelled
