With your mentioned date of birth, you are eligible for SSC CHSL 2022 only if you are from sc/st category otherwise not eligible .

This is because,

With your mentioned date of birth you will be 31 years old as on 1st january 2022

And,

To be eligible for SSC CHSL 2022, maximum age should be 27 years as on 1st january of the year of exam, there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc , so upper age limit is 30 years for obc and relaxation of 5 years is there for sc/st category so upper  age limit is 32 years for sc/st .

Your SSC CHSL examination is conducted in three levels or tiers which are listed below:-

----------------) tier -I  :- it is Computer Based examination and questions are asked from General Intelligence, English Language, , Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness.

----------------) Tier - II  :- it is a descriptive examination and is conducted in pen and paper mode . You have to write  a letter or an application in 150  -  200 words and also   an  essay in  200  -  250 words  either in Hindi or English.

----------------)  tier - III:- it is a skill or typing test.
