Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about if you can transfer your seat to other college if better college is alloted through comedk.

I would like to tell you that you can do that and the college will take care of your refund policy and your fees would be somehow refunded or adjusted in that seat allotment.
