my daughter belongs to andhrapradesh( studied 1st std to 10th class in AP) and then she studied 11th & 12th in Chennai(Tamilnadu). pls let me know whether she belongs to local of AP / Tamilnadu and in which catgory she will get seat in neet20 And neet 2020 score is 480marks and blongs to BC-B

Your daughter belongs to Andhra Pradesh and studied upto class 10 there but I passed 11 and 12 exam in Tamil Nadu Chennai. Yeah not mention his birthplace.
If she born in Andhra Pradesh and and studied up to class 10 there then she will be treated as local of Andhra Pradesh. But if she born in in Chennai Tamil Nadu and studied courses like 12 standard of examination she will be not treated as local of Tamilnadu. And who has a substantial connection with the respective state is a domicile of that state already.
She passed NEET with 480 marks and and belongs to category of BCb. As there is reservation for OBC other backward classes 27% of total seat in NEET so there is a scope for your daughter to take admission in in MBBS course possibly in the last round of counselling.
