I think she can get IMS-BHU or KGMU As far as IMS-BHU is concerned , you have fair chances of getting a seat in General category via BHU registration that needed to be done at the time of filling NEET application form. Always be in touch with BHU website until the mock counselling ( because there have been instances of getting seat at much lower ranks in the mock counselling).
For KGMU , as per the trend you are on better side of getting a seat by state quota !!..
P.S.- Never skip a counselling and always be ready with your documents as “Luck plays the role at the time of counselling”!
It is advisable to opt for IMS-BHU because it offers Internal PG reservations for future !

As the category is not mentioned in the query we assumed that she belongs to general category. The cut off above mentioned is the cut off in 2020 in 15% AIQ counselling.
