This year cutoff for govt. Mbbs seat has gone much higher. It will totally depend upon the rank she got in aiq and state as well. However if she belong to ur category the probabilities of getting a govt. Seat is very less because of limited govt.seats . However you should register for counselling process and wait till mopup round .You may (less probably)get a seat there
