my daughter got 13408 rank in tseamcet so that shall I get CSE or IT in top colleges she got 87 percentile in jee mains

With 87 percentile her all India rank will be around 1,25,000
She can get a seat in top engineering colleges but which branch she will get depends upon cut off of the college, cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off, available seats etc.
You may try for CSE or IT in following colleges on the basis of jee main score

Thapar Institute of Technology Amity University Noida
On the basis of ts eamcet score you may get colleges like
