You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 374, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges of your category is general, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college in general category under the state quota and 338 got a seat in obc category. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
