There are extremely less chances mam. This year have an heavy competition where it is not easy for a person to get a medical seat even for the one who have scored 490+ in NEET. This year students statistics is quite high where many people have scored 500+ and a lot people have scored above 550. It is never wrong to have scope and it is possible to get a seat in private college where they will go for minimum cutoff. Certain private college will ask just for clearance of NEET inorder to give a seat like Shri Balaji college, etc. If you are desperate about NEET under government college do take up NEET exam next year also.
