No, there is no chance of OC (general) to get in IIT or NIT or IIIT. As a JEE aspirant you should know the cutoff marks. This year the cutoff marks for ST and SC categories is 40 or 45 is the qualifying percentile. And for OBC 89.75 is the qualifying percentile. and for general (EWS category ) is 78.21.
According to the percentile, your daughter's All India Rank will be around 102300 to 115000 approximately. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. With this rank, she has very little chances of getting into the top NITs and IIITs. Note that for IIT, she needs to qualify and get good rank in JEE Advanced. Speaking of some lower NITs and IIITs, she may have a chance under Home State Quota, if applicable. Do not worry, she can get many other good private colleges with her rank.
