My daughter got 93.75% in ISC 2017 (M-98,P-87,C-86,Eng-91 & COMP-99) and 77 in JEE-MAIN with a CRL rank 125529 (Gen).can she get CSE ECE?

Based on the rank and score chances are very less to get the CSE branch but you must have got the college by now.
