Respected sir,
Following is the criteria for availing domicile status in Telangana-

-
If they have resided in the local area for a minimum period of 4 consecutive years, immediately preceding the year they appear for the relevant qualifying examination
A candidate who is not regarded as a local candidate under the above criteria, and has studied in educational institutions in the State for a minimum period 7 consecutive academic years, ending with the year they apply for NEET, may be considered local in relation to:
-
The local area where they have studied for the maximum no. of years out of the said 7 years
-
Their period of study in the two local areas is equal
-
They have not studied in any Educational Institutions in the state, but have resided in any local area/ or two local areas (for equal time) for a minimum period of 7 consecutive years.
For 15% unreserved-
-

-
Candidates whose parent/s are in the employment of the state or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, local bodies, Universities, and Educational Institutions, and other similar quasi-public institutions within the state.
-

If your daughter fulfills any of the above criteria, she is eligible for the state quota, otherwise would be considered an NRI.
Hope it helps!
