Hi Savita,

Your daughter has to write a simple request letter to the concerned authority in her college, mostly the head of the institution. Do mention about your purpose accurately so that it can be drafted in a manner that suits your needs. The college may demand few documents like school leaving certificate which also needs to be provided.
