My daughter has done 4 semester BSC(H) Psychology Christ Unv 72.5%, Detained in 5th sem due to health issues. Can she get Lateral Transfer.

No lateral transfer is possible only in the 3rd semester not in the 5th semester. So according to that there is no chance of lateral transfer in the current situation
