I would like to inform you that at this score you have clearly cleared the Cutoff for the NEET Exam and you are Eligible to Apply for the Exam but you need to consider the Fact that tamil Nadu is a very Competetive State and you need to Score a very high score in order to get a Government MBBS/BDS seat but at this score it is  a bit Difficult so can apply for private College or Either you can go for foreign MBBS as well.
