Though she belong to BC-E category with this marks she has negligible chance of getting MBBS. She may only try in private colleges through management quota. Your daughter has scored good but it is not enough for getting a government bds or mbbs seat in Telangana with bc-e category. Last the opening marks for bc-e category for government  mbbs seat under state quota were 414 and for private mbbs seat it was 393.

So it is difficult to get a seat with this marks.

But she can give a  try to neet next year to by preparing best. Otherwise there are also many bright career option for medical student like pharmacy,  lab technician etc. She can go for them too.
