According to your daughter's percentile in jee mains her general rank will be approximately close to 15000.With this rank there is chances that she will able to get seat in NIT WARANGAL according to previous year cutoff. But she will not able to get top branches.

NTA have not declared any official cut off lists yet but we can predict her chances using previous years data.
With your mentioned percentile her general category rank will be around 14.5K.
According to last year's cut off lists she has moderate chances of getting biotechnology at NIT Warangal, last year the closing rank for biotechnology was 14833( general category/ non home state quota).
However, she might get core engineering branches in the new NITs or IIITs and GFITs.
