My daughter has got seat in LHMC but the bona fide certificate issued by the school is not matching the format of Lhmc .

hi madhu
first go to your school and tell them your problem about bonafide certificate and ask them to reissue the certificate as per required formate and then contact LHMC about it
if any problem occur
