My daughter is a foreign citizen but has never lived / studied abroad. Her education was always in India. Can she apply as regular nonNRI?

If she has studied in India and is a domicile of any state, she can apply for admission to colleges.

However, admission process and eligibility criteria vary from college to college. Kindly mention she is seeking admission in which course and which college?
