My daughter is an OCI carholder and all all her education from Nursery to class 12 in Mumbai. And want to apply in St. Xavier's collge Mumbai for Under Graduate degree. Will she come under International student category for applying in that college ?

As mention in admission process of St. Xavior's college, your daughter was not come under International student category as she was study her school in Mumbai, So don't worry about that part.
Since you have not mentioned which course your daughter want admission for, I will be telling you as general, the college starts distributing of the forms. At present you need to fill the online form on the college website, pay the fees in the form of demand draft and then you need to wait for the first merit list for various course.
