No, Bhupendra your daughter would not be required domicile for CLAT because CLAT is conducted on national level and there is no requirement for domicile in any of centralised universities. Domicile is only needed as the proof of residence in the universities which take admissions on the basis of state level entrance exams like UPTU and MH-CET.

Now, answer to your question... CLAT is a national level exam for LAW to National Law University, it does not need any domicile certificate to apply for CLAT across country . However, during the time of admission some NLUs have a few seats reserved for students of that particular state. Having a domicile certificate would be helpful at that stage.
