My daughter is born in Maharashtra but she has studied 9th to 12th in Chennai. Is she eligible for tamilnadu and Maharashtra in NEET?

The Elligibility Criteria for 85% State Quota is as follows:-
1. Candidates must have completed/appearing his/her 10th and 12th from the state.
2.Candidate must possess a valid domicile in the state.
3.Candidate should possess a residency proof of the state.
Domicile for Tamil Nadu:-
The candidates should be Native of Tamilnadu.
The candidates who have studied Classes VIII to Class XII Classes in schools in Tamilnadu need not submit the Nativity Certifcate.
The candidates who are Native of Tamilnadu but studied from VIII to XII Std either partly or completely in schools situated outside Tamilnadu should produce the Nativity Certificate.
- Domicile for Maharashtra
Based on the rules stated above, she will not be elligible for either state unless she completes a five year domicile period in Tamil Nadu or rather apply through the 15% All India Quota.
