my daughter is born in Mumbai and did her schooling till 5th std here.she ha shifted to Dubai from class 6.Will she be eligible for MH-CET

Hello

The eligibility criteria specifies that candidate should be of Indian nationality and must have done schooling from a rercognised boards/university then they are eligible.If you have nationality or domicile certificate then she can be eligible for the exam.There is nothing specified that candidate should do schooling and intermediate from india.There can be cases that student has gone abroad for study purpose and comleted course/schooling and return back.If they have done equivalent course then they are eligile.

If she is born in mumbai you can have domicle certificate on that basis she can appear in the MHCET.
